As mentioned earlier, Ola has been hinting about the e-scooter, however, it was only recently that Aggarwal mentioned the range of the vehicle, curing the range anxiety that customers had for some time. According to the official website, Ola electric scooter can be charged up to 50 percent in about 18 minutes. With the battery juiced up to 50 percent (halfway) the scooter can travel a distance of 75km without any hiccups.
The company has also revealed the paint schemes available for its electric scooter. The e-scooter will come in 10 different vibrant colours which have a matte, pastel and Metallic finish. Also, the Ola electric scooter gets first in segment features such as keyless access and connectivity features. In addition to this, the scooter gets a large boot that can store two helmets.
The bookings for the Ola electric scooter is still available at just Rs.499 even after the rising demand. This could be an indicator that Ola has enough e-scooter in stock to cover the demand.
