Ola Electric New Design Patent - B2B Scooter
The recently submitted design patent has surfaced online, revealing the design of the upcoming scooter. The newly patented scooter showcases a straightforward design distinct from the existing Ola offerings. The design adopts a minimalist approach and appears to be constructed on a basic framework. It includes a solo seat accompanied by a luggage carrier at the rear, indicating a focus on practicality for transporting goods.
The remaining components are straightforward yet functional, featuring a compact front apron with wishbone-style forks, drum brakes on both the front and rear, a basic instrument cluster, and dual spring shocks at the rear. The design prioritizes effective space utilization to enhance the scooter's cargo-carrying capacity. The upcoming Ola Electric scooter will specifically cater to last-mile delivery operations.
Currently, information about the battery pack and motor remains undisclosed. However, there is an expectation that it will feature a swappable battery for convenient replacement and fast charging. The inclusion of swappable batteries is anticipated to extend the runtime of the scooter.
