However, as per the recent reports, Ola Electric has finally commenced the deliveries of S1 and S1 Pro and the company claims that the first orders have finally been dispatched from the factory and will soon reach the customers.
The CEO of the company, Bhavish Aggarwal said that some of the e-scooters are in transit while the ones ready are undergoing the RTO registration process. Some in transit, most already at delivery centres near you getting through RTO registration process. The registration process took longer than we anticipated as a fully digital process is new for all."
When the e-scooter was launched in the market, the company claimed that it had received bookings worth Rs 1,100 crores. However, the total number of scooters dispatched has not been mentioned but it was said in an earlier tweet that around 4000 two-wheelers were shipped before and more are to be shipped soon.

As customers saw this notification alert from Ola, it became a huge sigh of relief. On the other hand, it has also been reported that the customers who have already received the scooter in the month of December are upset with the quality as it is not up to the mark. Not only this, but the customers also complained about the mechanical issues while even the promised range promised was not delivered. However, the company, after hearing the complaints, seems to have worked on fixing the issues.
