The Civic is available with a straightaway cash discount of Rs 2.50 lakh which is the highest in any of the Honda Cars present currently. This discount is valid for the diesel engine of any variant. The 1.6-litre, four-cylinder, BS6 compliant oil burner makes as much as 118 bhp with a peak torque of 300 Nm. This engine gets mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox only.

Other than the diesel model, the petrol engine too is available with a hefty discount of Rs 1 lakh for any variant. Also, you can further negotiate with the dealership and ask for more discount. The petrol makes 140 bhp with 174 Nm of peak torque from a 1.8L unit. This engine is mated to a CVT gearbox only.
Hyundai Elantra
The flagship sedan from the South Korean manufacturer is available in both petrol and diesel engines. And it is the petrol engine which gets the highest discount of Rs 1 lakh which includes Rs 70,000 cash and another Rs 30,000 as exchange bonus. For those looking for the diesel variant then you get Rs 30,000 as cash offer and Rs 30,000 as exchange bonus. The prices of Hyundai Elantra starts from Rs 17.61 lakh and the top model fetches till Rs 20.64 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
Volkswagen Vento
The Highline Plus is available with Rs 1.20 lakh discount. This includes Rs 25,000 exchange, Rs 15,000 loyalty and another Rs 80,000 as a corporate discount. Volkswagen Vento only comes with a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine which makes as much as 109 bhp with a peak torque of 175 Nm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual and an optional 6-speed AT gearbox.

Skoda Rapid
Skoda is offering a total discount of Rs 90,000 on Ambition and Style variant. This discount is further seen as Rs 50,000 as cash, Rs 25,000 as exchange and Rs 15,000 as a corporate offer. It gets a 1.0-litre, BS6 compliant turbo petrol engine on the offer which makes 109 bhp with 175 Nm of peak torque. It gets a 6-speed manual as standard and an optional 6-speed auto unit.
Hyundai Aura Turbo
A total of Rs 65,000 discount for December and the Aura takes its place at 5th position in the popular cars with the highest discount this month. This discount is further seen as Rs 50,000 as cash and another Rs 15,000 as exchange. It comes with a 1.0-litre turbocharged BS6 compliant engine which makes 99 bhp with a peak torque of 172 Nm. It gets a 5-speed manual gearbox.
