This means that the platform connects drivers and customers without controlling how they do business. In the Rapido world, drivers get paid directly by customers, and Rapido doesn't interfere. However, to keep this model going and provide top-notch service, drivers need to pay a small subscription fee. For example, once drivers earn Rs 10,000 through the Rapido app, they'll pay a modest subscription fee of Rs 500. This way, drivers get to keep all the money they earn and have the opportunity to make the most of their income.

Here's how it works: Just download the app on your iPhone or Android, login, and start booking. Once you've booked a ride, you'll see the fare and details of your driver right on the homepage. The Rapido captains, or drivers, will be at your pickup spot in no time. And don't worry about safety  they bring an extra helmet for you at no extra cost.
