The Revolt RV 400 is one of the most famous electric bikes in the country right now and enjoys strong demand in the market. The brand is now all set to resume the Revolt RV 400 bookings from 21 October 2021. Additionally, the brand is now also working on a massive expansion and will be opening new Revolt showrooms in 64 new cities by early 2022. Read on to find all the details.
The Revolt RV 400 is the most expensive and most powerful product in the bran's line-up and boasts a top speed of 80 km/h. The bike gets a 3kW (mid-drive) motor that is powered by a 72V, 3.24 kWh battery pack. With a 0-75% charging time of 3 hours and 0-100% charging time of 4.5 hours, the RV 400 is a great choice for anyone looking to use it inside the city. The bike also boasts a range of 150 km on a single charge. For those wondering, the batteries have been certified as waterproof, damage proof, shockproof and all-weather friendly as per ARAI standards.
With a bodyweight of 108 kg, the Revolt RV 400 gets upside-down forks at the front while the rear gets an adjustable mono-shock suspension setup. On the features front, the Revolt RV 400 comes equipped with LED headlamps, LED tail lamps, LED indicators, and connected technology. The Revolt RV 400 also gets a ground clearance of 215 mm that makes it suitable for Indian roads. Three different ridings modes are available - Eco, Normal, and Sports Mode. For those interested, four individual sound settings too are being offered that include - Revolt, Rebel, Roar, and Rage. The Revolt RV 400 is also India's first AI-enabled motorcycle and gets connected technology that helps the owners not only track their bikes but also geo-fence them. Other details like battery status and settings too can be easily accessed using the mobile app.
Having said this, the brand is now all set to expand its operations in 64 new cities. At present, Revolt Motors have their retails operations only in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. The upcoming Revolt stores in cities like Bangalore, Kolkata, Jaipur, Surat, Chandigarh, Lucknow, etc will not only serve as retail outlets but will also provide after-sales and charging support. These retail outlets will also offer test rides of the products and also facilitate expanding the charging infrastructure.
