The main objective of this service app is to provide doorstep service, help book appointments, update on vehicle repair, and schedule vehicle pick-ups.
Tata Motors has announced a new two-wheeler-based service concept called EzServe. This doorstep service concept will provide basic service, quick repairs, and resolve the concerns of customers. This comes after the company has added 160 new service workshops for its passenger vehicle segment in FY22. This brings down the total number of country-wide service touchpoints to 705 operational workshops.

As can be seen in the picture above, the Tata EzServe bike units will come with three large boxes mounted behind them. The items in the box include spare parts, a vacuum cleaner, a jack and jack stand, along with several other hand tools. The company has ensured that all EzService technicians will be well-groomed in the manner, to address diverse problems. To avail of its service, youll have to download the Service Connect App, which will give you a cost estimation, and relay the same to the after-sales team. You can further book, request for vehicle pick-up, keep a check on your repair issues, and view repair estimates via the app.

Speaking at the occasion of the announcement was the head of Customer Care, Domestic and International Business, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, Dimple Mehta. She explained how their objective has been to enhance service touchpoints, with a focus on shorter formats - that will help them bring closure to our customers. With the above expansion, Tata Motors has increased its service coverage across 485 cities and has further increased the number of serviced cars by up to 30%.
