Tata Motors has confirmed the launch of its updated range of commercial vehicles for the Indian market. The new Tata Motor commercial vehicles will not only offer class-leading technology and superior reliability but in addition to this, will also focus on improving the total cost of ownership while redefining transportation. As many as 21 new products were unveiled by the brand that include a number of heavy, light, and small commercial vehicles. Here are all the details that you should know about these vehicles.
Tata Motors is one of the best selling brands when it comes to medium and heavy commercial vehicles and the brand has so far sold over 25 lakh trucks in the country so far. Additionally, Tata has also sold over 1 lakh BS6 vehicles that not only boasts commendable capabilities but also ensure low running costs. Having said this, Tata has introduced seven new vehicles in this segment, details of which are mentioned below:
- Signa 5530.S: Offers enhanced performance in heavy-duty operations with faster TAT
- Signa 4623.S: Offers flexibility across duty cycles with its powerful 5.6-L Cumins engine. This engine delivers 230 hp and 850 Nm of peak torque
- Signa 4625.S ESC: Comes equipped with industry-first electronic stability control that helps in improving usability and capabilities
- Signa 4221.T: Gets the proven 5-L Turbotronn engine that boasts impressive fuel efficiency
- Signa 4021.S: Gets better operational efficiency and tractor-trailer application
- Signa 3118.T: India first 10-wheeler 31T Truck with 12.5T Lift Axle
- Prima 2830.K: RMW with rear engine power take-off (REPTO). It helps in reducing operational costs by upto 11%

Speaking of the Intermediate and light commercial vehicles, Tata Motors is offering an option of both, diesel as well as CNG powertrain options and has so far sold over 50,000 BS6 models in the country. Five new products were officially unveiled and mentioned below are some o the highlights of these products:
- Ultra T.18 SL: First of its kind offering in 18-tonne segment and boasts a best-in-class payload of 11.5 tonne
- 407G: One of the most practical and reliable workhorses for last-mile delivery
- 709G CNG: Offers best-in-class performance with the largest loading area on a 4-tyre CNG truck.
- LPT 510: Smaller footprint makes it an ideal truck to be used in crowded and narrow spaces. Boasts 10ft load body and a short wheelbase
- Ulta T.6: Ideal truck for city usage

Moving ahead, Tata also introduced four new products to improve last-mile delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs. these include:
- Winger Cargo: A practical and a VFM choice for e-commerce distribution and delivery solution
- Ace Petrol CX Cab Chassis: Most affordable 4-wheeler for multiple commercial applications
- Ace Gold Diesel+: Delivers improved fuel efficiency and better driving experience
- Intra V30 High Deck: A premium and a well-built offering in the Smart PU range

Tata Motors is also focusing on improving the experience for those operating passenger commercial vehicles and has introduced five new vehicles with enhanced comfort and convenience for passengers
- Winder 15S: Luxurious and a comfortable travel companion with a long list of segment-first comfort features
- Sarbus 4/12: Electric bus for zero-emission urban mass mobility
- Starbus 2200: Ideal for school and staff transportation needs.
- Cityride Prime LPO 1315 BUS: offers spacious passenger salon and wider gangway.
- Magna Coach: 13.5 M bus for luxurious inter-city travel with enhanced passenger comfort.
