Nissan Magnite

Expected Starting Price: Rs. 5.50 lakhs

Nissan India is betting big on its upcoming sub-compact SUV - Magnite. The Nissan Magnite recently made its World Premiere in India and it seems to be a very promising offering. It will be powered by a BS6-compliant 1.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that will churn out around 72 PS of power and 96 Nm of peak torque. It will also get a powerful 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that will churn out nearly 100 PS of power and 160 Nm of peak torque (152 Nm of torque for CVT). It will come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and an X-Tronic CVT. The price of the Nissan Magnite has already leaked and it will be priced from Rs. 5.50 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi.

Tata Altroz Turbo Petrol

Expected Starting Price: Rs. 7.99 lakhs

Tata Motors recently launched a new feature-rich XM+ variant of the Altroz. Now, the carmaker will soon launch the turbocharged petrol variant of this premium hatchback. The new Altroz Turbo will get a BS6-compliant 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine. This turbo petrol motor will churn out 110 PS of power at 5500 RPM and 140 Nm of peak torque between 1500-5500 RPM. It will come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The new Tata Altroz Turbo Petrol model will be launched very soon in India and it is expected to be priced between Rs. 7.99 lakhs - Rs. 8.75 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi.

Ford Figo Automatic

Expected Starting Price: Rs. 7.99 lakhs

Ford India will soon launch the new Figo Petrol Automatic in the country. It was about to be launched in August this year but the company might be now planning to launch it near Diwali. The new Figo Automatic will be powered by a BS6-compliant 1.2-litre petrol engine. This motor churns out 96 PS of power at 6500 RPM and 119 Nm of torque at 4250 RPM. The engine will be mated to a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. It also gets a 5-speed manual gearbox. The new Ford Figo Petrol Automatic BS6 is expected to be priced from Rs. 7.99 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS

Expected Starting Price: Rs. 8.99 lakhs

Maruti Suzuki has recently teased the new Baleno on its NEXA social media handles that reads 'The Bold is ready to Dazzle. A Big Surprise is Coming Soon!' This hints that it might be either a special edition model of the car or the performance-oriented Baleno RS. The Baleno RS in its BS4-compliant avatar was powered by a powerful 1.0-litre BoosterJet petrol motor that used to churn out 101 PS of maximum power and 150 Nm of peak torque. This turbocharged petrol engine was mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. If Maruti launches the new Baleno RS, we believe it might be priced around Rs. 8.99 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi.

Force Gurkha BS6

Expected Starting Price: Rs. 9.99 lakhs

Force Motors will soon launch the new BS6-compliant Gurkha off-roader in the Indian market. The Force Gurkha was recently spied in its production-spec avatar near the company's manufacturing plant and it is expected to be launched by Diwali. The new 2020 Force Gurkha will be powered by a BS6-compliant 2.6-litre common-rail turbocharged diesel engine. This oil-burner will churn out around 90 PS of power and more than 200 Nm of torque. It will come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and will also get an off-road capable 4x4 drivetrain system with a low-ratio transfer case. The new Force Gurkha BS6 is expected to be priced from Rs. 9.99 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi.

Toyota Innova Crysta CNG

Expected Starting Price: Rs. 16 lakhs

Toyota Innova Crysta is a very popular MPV in the Indian market. The new upcoming Toyota Innova Crysta CNG has been spied on test in India several times before and it is expected to be launched by the end of this month. The CNG will be offered only with the petrol engine of the MPV. It will get a BS6-compliant 2.7-litre petrol engine that develops 166 PS of power and 245 Nm of torque. But, the BS6 CNG variant of the Innova Crysta will be detuned to produce slightly lesser power and torque. It will come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox only. The Toyota Innova Crysta CNG BS6 is expected to be priced from Rs. 16 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi.

Mercedes-Benz A-Class Limousine (AMG A35)

Expected Starting Price: Rs. 60 lakhs

Now, coming to luxury cars, Mercedes-Benz India will soon launch the new A-Class Limousine. The new A-Class Limousine was showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo and the Mercedes-AMG A35 will be finally launched by the end of this month or near Diwali. The Mercedes-AMG A35 will be powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. This turbo petrol motor will churn out around 302 PS of power and 400 Nm of peak torque and the engine will be mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The new Mercedes-AMG A35 is expected to be priced around Rs. 60 lakhs - Rs. 65 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi. The regular A-Class Limousine might be launched by the end of this year.

Audi S5 Sportback

Expected Starting Price: Rs. 65 lakhs

Audi is launching back to back new cars in the Indian market. Recently, the carmaker launched the new Q2 and now the company will launch the Audi S5 Sportback in India by Diwali 2020. It will be powered by a BS6-compliant 3.0-litre TFSI turbocharged petrol engine. This turbocharged petrol motor will churn out around 350 PS of power and 500 Nm of peak torque. It will come mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and the power will be channelled to all four wheels via the Quattro all-wheel-drive system. The new Audi S5 Sportback is expected to be priced around Rs. 65 lakhs - Rs. 70 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi!

New Third-Generation Hyundai i20 BS6

Price Starts at Rs. 6.79 lakhs

Hyundai recently launched the all-new third-generation i20 in the Indian market. The all-new Hyundai i20 gets three different BS6-compliant engine options. At first, we have a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and a CVT (IVT). It also gets a new 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that comes mated to a segment-first 6-speed iMT (intelligent manual transmission) and a 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch transmission). Lastly, we also have a 1.5-litre diesel engine that comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox only and it is the most fuel-efficient of the lot. The new 2020 Hyundai i20 is priced between Rs. 6.79 lakhs - Rs. 11.32 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi.

Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic Coupe

Price Starts at Rs. 76.70 lakhs

Lastly, we have the recently launched first Made-in-India AMG car, the new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic Coupe. The new AMG GLC 43 4Matic Coupe gets a BS6-compliant 3.0-litre V6 with direct injection and bi-turbo charging. This petrol motor churns out 390 PS of maximum power at 5500-6000 RPM and 520 Nm of peak torque at 2500-4500 RPM. The engine comes mated to AMG's Speedshift 9G-Tronic automatic transmission and it also gets AMG Performance 4Matic all-wheel-drive system. There are five different driving modes too - Slippery, Comfort, Sport, Sport+ and Individual. The price of the new 2020 Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic Coupe starts at Rs. 76.70 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi.
