Just recently, the Japanese carmaker, Toyota Kirloskar Motor launched the facelift of their popular MPV, Innova Crysta and now its accessories are also out. The carmaker has introduced a list of chrome and several convenience accessories which surely comes in handy.

These accessories start from as low as Rs 538 and reach as high as Rs 50,199. The chrome package on the exteriors is reserved for the taillamp area, side moulding, door visors, door handles and license plate area. One also gets roof rack as an optional item to stuff more luggage.

Toyota is also offering side step, which eventually helps shorter and adults get inside the MPV. The carmaker is also offering auto folding ORVMs which is functional when you lock and unlock the car. To make the driving easier in traffic and congested roads, the company is also offering bumper protector for both front and rear. The chrome reaches to the spoiler also at the rear.
Inside, the new Toyota Innova Crysta gets a larger 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with modern connectivity features like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The accessories in the cabin include a wireless charger for the second row, tyre pressure monitoring system which is an essential fitment and then an air ioniser for those living in polluted areas.
Please note that the above equipment comes as a standard feature in the international markets but here, buyers have to pay a premium for these. Knowing the Indian road conditions, Toyota is also providing with a DVR that is a digital video recorder. It is basically a dashcam which records what's happening at the front and comes with a playback option if there is an accident involved.

The new Toyota Innova Crysta facelift gets the same mechanicals as before - a 2.7-litre petrol engine and a 2.4-litre turbocharged diesel. Both the engines comply with the current BS6 norms. The latter is the most popular and generates 148 bhp with 343 Nm of peak torque and gets a 5-speed manual unit. The 6-speed optional auto unit delivers an additional torque of 17 Nm.
