
Yezdi has finally teased the upcoming Yezdi RoadKing Scrambler. The new model is expected to launch in January 2022.
Yezdi Motorcycles has released the official teaser video of the upcoming RoadKing Scrambler. The teaser video is showcased in a style that cashes in on the social media hype of the new Hollywood movie, The Matrix Resurrection. The Yezdi RoadKing Scrambler will is expected to launch in January, next year. The exact date is yet to be confirmed.
Mahindra-owned Classic Legends has been working on resurrecting the defunct Yezdi brand. The company has already revived the Jawa brand in India and BSA in England. Initially, the Yezdis line-up will comprise of two bikes the RoadKing Scrambler and its subsequent ADV version. The latter was caught without any camouflage a few days back, for an ad shoot. Whereas, camouflaged test mules of the RoadKing Scrambler have been spotted on Indian roads, several times before.

The teaser video just showcased the silhouette of the upcoming motorcycle. However, we have gathered some information from the camouflaged test mules. For starters, the RoadKing Scrambler will be a neo-retro scrambler with a round headlamp, tear-drop-shaped fuel tanks, and circular rearview mirrors. The gaitered front forks and a dual-shock rear suspension set-up will handle the suspension duties. The rear fender will also get a visible extension with a small round-shaped LED taillight, and a rear wheel hugger.

The twin-exhaust set-up with short tail-pipes and canisters will remind you of the current-gen Jawa motorcycles. Besides, the RoadKing will also use the same engine found in the standard Jawa. The output figures might remain the same at 30.6 bhp and 32.7 Nm of torque. , but that is yet to be confirmed.

The spy shots have given us an impression that the RoadKing Scrambler will be a muscular-looking bike. Besides having an ADV version, the standard motorcycle should also be equally capable especially in off-road situations. This is because the larger front spoke wheels and the small rear unit, both were fitted with block pattern tires. However, well still wait for the official information to confirm these claims.
