In October, Kia India achieved its fourth-highest monthly sales ever, selling a total of 24,351 units. This impressive performance was largely attributed to the festive season and the strong reception of their new Seltos model. It's important to note that this October, Kia recorded a 4.41% year-over-year growth, compared to the 23,323 units they sold in the same month the previous year. This means that, despite the challenges, Kia's sales are steadily increasing, which is great news for the company.

Impressive October Sales Propel Kia India to New Heights
Kia's flagship model, the Seltos, has been a standout performer in the Indian market, with a remarkable sales record of 12,362 units, making it the leader in Kia India's overall sales. The Sonet has also displayed strong sales performance, contributing 6,493 units, followed by the Carens with 5,355 units and the EV6 with 141 units in the domestic market.
In the year 2023, up to October, Kia India has managed to sell a total of 219,702 units. The Seltos has been the major contributor to Kia India's sales in 2023, with an impressive 83,250 units sold, closely followed by the Sonet and Carens, with 73,333 and 60,817 units sold, respectively.
Hardeep Singh Brar, National Head, Sales & Marketing, Kia India said, "During the festive season, our customers' positive outlook has helped us achieve our fourth-highest monthly sales ever in India. The fact that our products like the Seltos, Sonet and Carens continue to dominate in their respective segment, despite multiple new launches by competition, is a major accomplishment.
