However, when I called for an update, I was informed that the issue was still unresolved and would require an additional day. To my concern and distress caused, it has now been a week, and despite numerous calls, I have received nothing but empty promises of callbacks. As someone who relies heavily on their bike for day-to-day activities, this experience has been deeply frustrating and disruptive. I expected reliable post-sales service, especially for a newly purchased vehicle, but the lack of assistance and prolonged delays have left me incredibly disappointed. I urge potential buyers to reconsider purchasing a Kabira Mobility KM 4000, as my experience with both the bike and Shiv Shakti Motors Panvel has been extremely unsatisfactory. The lack of responsiveness, failure to resolve issues, and the impact on my daily life have soured my perception of the brand and dealership. Overall a pretty decent and stylish electric bike in this price segment. Performance is well and it runs.
