This car is very reliable and very comfortable for long trips. It have the mileage of 30+ kilometre per kg cng. Ertiga is the segment's best performing and fabulous design vehicle.

I am using Ertiga ZXI+ since 2019. Design and comfort wise my car is top class with this price range. This car gives you good comfort during long rides, especially front and mid row. Third row seat is even small but its not congested as compared to other car with this price range. Front and mid row seats has good thigh support also. This car has 1.5 litre K series Smart Hybrid engine which is good enough to pull the car even with fully loaded, it performs well. It is mild hybrid technology, so during traffic signals, the car gets auto off and starts with pressing clutch pedal to get more mileage, but the problem is ertiga gives me mileage of only 14 kmpl while company claim around 20, that is the negative part with this car. Also the battery life, it is Exide conservo and the average life of this battery is only 2.5 years, replacing of this battery also costly, around 7k. But for me im still using the battery since i bought, and now its time to replace. Mid row seat has air condition so this feature helps the car gets cool easy. And the other problem im facing is the brightness of headlight, its below average. Stereo is provided by Bosch and i didnt get any app update yet. But stereo is ok, good sound quality and display. For safety this car has dual airbag, abs and esp. Ertiga has good suspension also, it gives good ride and bumps and potholes is no more in this car. There is one battery is under co driver seat which is lithium ion and its function is to support to supply power during auto off and it gets powered to alternator while needed more power.
