Kia Carnival Exterior
This is now a completely new design that aligns more with current automotive design trends, marking the fourth generation of the Carnival (the second for India), so it is bound to be different. The new version features Kia's signature tiger nose grille, finished in black and chrome, and the LED headlights are vertically shaped, with long DRLs that stretch to the edge of the bonnet.
The previous Carnival also featured the Kia tiger nose grille, but its headlights were chunkier and horizontally shaped. Additionally, the chrome strips on the fog lamps enhanced its bold look. Overall, there is no familiarity betweeen the new and older Carnival, if we only consider the front look.
From the sides, the new model remains similar, as both MPVs have electric sliding doors. However, the 2024 version features a chrome checkered pattern, which is a new style element, and the black and white side sill garnish adds to its luxurious appeal. From the rear, it again showcases a more modern look with connected LED DRLs and vertical LED taillights a very trendy automotive design.
Dimensions
The new Carnival is longer, wider, and taller than the outgoing model not by huge numbers, but enough to make it significantly larger than ever before. Let us look at the table to better understand its dimensions:

Length | 5155 mm | 5115 mm |
Width | 1995 mm | 1985 mm |
Height | 1775 mm | 1755 mm |
Wheelbase | 3090 mm | 3060 mm |
Boot Space | TBA | 516 L |

Verdict
The Kia Carnival is back, and this time it's targeting people who prefer the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 3 Series LWB, and other entry-level luxury cars. To be honest, this is a great deal because the luxury it offers is typically found in bigger cars like the S-Class and 7 Series. So, all the heads in corporate and business circles will surely be excited to see the all-new Carnival.
