MG Hector Engine And Specs
The MG Hector offers two engine options: a 1.5-liter turbocharged intercooled petrol engine and a 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel engine. The petrol engine delivers 143 PS at 5000 RPM and 250 Nm of torque between 1600 and 3600 RPM, while the diesel engine produces 170 PS at 3750 RPM and 350 Nm of torque from 1750 to 2500 RPM. Both engines are paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, with the petrol variant also available with a CVT. The fuel tank capacity for both engine options is 60 liters. However, if you are looking for the ADAS variant of Hector, you have a single petrol variant with a sole CVT gearbox option.
