Triumph Motorcycles today launched its most affordable offering in India- the all-new Speed T4 at a price tag of Rs. 2.17 lakh (ex-showroom). The Speed T4 comes powered by a potent 400cc engine which is slightly retuned for the new entrant. From hardware to features, the new Speed T4 emerges as a great contender in the 350-400cc segment and this is the category where there is no lack of competition. Triumph Speed T4 Vs Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Design
In terms of design, both the Triumph Speed T4 and Royal Enfield Hunter 350 offer classic yet modern designs. But there are some differences in the design as well. Whereas, the Speed T4 looks gets retro-inspired and modern touches. On the other hand, the Hunter 350 has clean lines, making it look more minimal in its approach.

Triumph Speed T4 Vs Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Features
On the feature front, the all-new Triumph Speed T4 features an analogue speedometer with a digital inset that shows information such as tachometer, odometer, trip meter and other readouts for the rider. Other features include a USB charging port and all-LED lighting.
On the other hand, the Hunter 350 also gets an analogue speedometer with a digital inset showing important readouts such as an odometer, fuel gauge, reserve meter, gear position indicator and a clock. Additionally, it features dual-channel ABS. There's also an option of Tripper Navigation that adds turn-by-turn navigation functionality on the motorcycle.
Triumph Speed T4 Vs Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Engine
The Triumph Speed T4 comes powered by a 398.15cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder. The powerplant is the same unit on offer with the Speed 400 but with a new state of tune to deliver a better low and mid-end torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox and generates 31 PS of power and 36 Nm of torque. Additionally, it also gets a slip-and-assist clutch.
The Hunter 350 on the other hand sources its power from a 349cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which the brand also utilizes for the Classic 350. The powerhouse generates 20.2 PS of power and 27 Nm of torque. The Hunter 350 has an impressive low and mid-range power delivery but it's not a hard-core performance motorcycle like the Classic 350.
Price Comparison
The Triumph Speed T4 has been introduced as the most affordable Triumph motorcycle in India. Available in a sole Standard variant, it is priced at Rs. 2.17 lakh (ex-showroom). In comparison, the Hunter 350 is available in three variants- Retro, Metro and Metro Rebel and its price ranges between 1.49 lakh and 1.74 lakh.
