It appears that TVS is getting ready to release an improved version of the Raider 125 motorcycle. The company just unveiled a teaser in which it "biggest and the coolest launch in town! 19.10.22. Save the date and stay tuned for #TheWickedUpdate." This teaser was posted by the company on the TVS Raider's social media page. The company has also stated that TVS Motoverse will host the new launch.

TVS's New Teaser
The new teaser suggests that the revised TVS Raider will have a new instrument cluster even if it simply shows a new instrument console. We can also anticipate TVS SmartXonnect Bluetooth connectivity for the new instrument cluster. This connectivity tech has just been made available to several of TVS' two-wheelers.
The TVS Raider comes with a 124.8 cc engine which is able to produce 11.2 bhp of power and 11.2 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes with a 5-speed transmission. The brand may not bring any update to the engine specifications. On the features front the Raider 124 gets LED DRLs, headlamp and LED tail lamps, a digital instrument cluster, ride modes and other features.

Some of TVS's scooters and motorbikes, like the Apache series, Jupiter, NTorq, and others, have lately been released in new colours and iterations. The brand would be able to provide customers in India with more feature-rich affordable bikes with the new Raider.
Verdict: The TVS Raider is one of the most technologically advanced 125cc motorcycles in its class. With the latest upgrade, the company will be able to make it more modern with the brand SmartXonnect feature.
