Hyundai India is keeping itself busy with the Creta EV, but going forward, the Korean car maker has plans to introduce more mass-market EVs in the country. Future EVs from Hyundai: Details

The Creta EV is the first electric vehicle from Hyundai, and three more EVs from the car maker are set to be launched in the future. The car maker has already partnered with Exide to localize EV battery production, and like the Creta EV, future EVs from Hyundai will also make use of this benefit.

According to reports, the Venue is going to receive a generational upgrade in 2025, and an all-electric iteration is also expected to come along. Given the popularity of the Tata Nexon EV, the possibility of a Venue EV makes a lot of sense. We have already spoken about the next-gen Venue elsewhere on our website, which you can check out on the link below.

Reports also suggest that the Grand i10 Nios is due to receive a generational change in 2027, and like the next-gen Venue, the Grand i10 Nios will also likely feature an all-electric iteration as well. An all-electric Grand i10 Nios could be introduced as a rival to the Tata Tiago EV, which will most likely have received a generational upgrade by that time.

The third possibility could be Hyundai bringing in the Inster EV, which made its global debut not too long ago. The Inster EV could be brought in as a Tata Punch EV rival. However, the expected timeline of its arrival could be anybody's guess for now.
