New Price Breakdown
The Tata Safari has received a price hike of Rs 36,000. Now, the Tata Safari comes at a starting price of Rs 15.50 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 27.34 lakh (ex-showroom). The hike ranges across different variants, it starts as low as Rs 1,000 and goes up to Rs 36,000. Tata Safari is available in 19 variants across seven different colour options: Cosmic Gold, Oberon Black, Galactic Sapphire, Stardust Ash, Stellar Frost, Supernova Copper and Lunar Slate.
What Remains Unchanged?
Mechanically, Safari remains the same; it continues to be powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine, which produces 187 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. This engine is clubbed with a 6-speed manual or a torque converter automatic unit. Inside, it is a full feature-packed SUV including a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment, 10-speaker JBL sound system, 360-degree camera, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof, and more. In terms of safety, it gets seven airbags, hill hold control, ABS with EBD, three-point seatbelts, and ADAS features.
