Why Electric Scooter ?
Pros & Cons of Ultraviolette Tesseract
Should I buy the Tesseract?
Ultraviolette Tesseract is an answer to those who think Indian companies can’t build highly desirable products. This scooter has the potential to turn the EV industry upside down, as its specifications and looks are even better than some top international brands. For those who were hesitant to buy EVs earlier, they should definitely check this out, as it's unlike anything you've ever seen. Of the three variants, the mid one with a range of 220 km makes the most sense, and it offers good power figures, so it’s worth buying out.
- Rarely does a product come along that even auto reviewers haven’t seen anything like - and the Tesseract is one of them. It looks like a protagonist straight out of the Transformers movies.
- The front end is extremely aggressive, with the main body finished in pitch black, complemented by light-colored body panels that create a beautifully symmetrical design.
- Its side profile speaks of its maxi-scooter shape, as unlike regular scooters, its floorboard area is quite high and not big enough to hold small items. So yes, this is a premium electric scooter.
- From the rear, it looks even meaner and features two Y-shaped LED taillights along with a radar in the center, as this electric scooter will come with ADAS technology. Lastly, both wheels are 14 inches.
Tesseract body specifications:
Wheel Size | 14 Inches inch |
- The Ultraviolette Tesseract will be available with three battery packs: 3.5 kWh, 5 kWh, and 6 kWh. The first, with a 3.5 kWh battery pack, offers an IDC range of 162 km and a peak power of 10 kW (13 PS). The second has a peak power of 15 kW and an IDC range of 220 km. Lastly, the largest battery pack also has a peak power of 15 kW (20.39 PS) but offers an IDC range of 261 km.
- This scooter is also compatible with fast charging, and the company says it can charge from 20% to 80% in 30 minutes.
Tesseract battery specifications:
Top Speed | 125 kmph |
Charging Time | 30 Mins (20-80%) |
- First of all, this is the world’s first scooter to get radar and dashcam with omnisense mirrors, so the ADAS features it includes are Blindspot Detection, Lane
- Change, Overtaking Assist, and real-time Collision Alerts.
- Other safety features include dual-channel ABS, traction control, and dynamic regenerative braking for enhanced safety and optimized energy consumption.
- A 7-inch TFT screen is equipped with Violette A.I., unlocking features such as Advanced Ride Analytics, Movement, Fall and Towing Alerts, Remote Lockdown, Crash Alert, Daily Ride Stats, and an Anti-Collision Warning System.
- Also, all lights on the Tesseract are LEDs, from the main headlights and tail lights to the LED blinkers.
- Under-seat storage of 34 liters makes this one of the most practical e-scooters.
Tesseract features:
GPS & Navigation | Yes |
Touch Screen | Yes |
