Ultraviolette Tesseract

The paramount reason for the 50,000 pre-bookings is its captivating design. People who don't know about the brand, for a second, will not believe that it is an Indian product, and when they hear about its features and range on offer, for sure their heads will spin. That said, by far, the Tesseract is the most interesting electric scooter we at 91Wheels have seen in a long, long time. It's so cool and radical that it is born to get eyeballs and turn heads anywhere it goes. The front end is extremely aggressive, with the main body finished in pitch black, complemented by light-colored body panels that create a beautifully symmetrical design.
From the rear, it looks even meaner and features two Y-shaped LED taillights along with a radar in the center, as this electric scooter will come with ADAS technology. Lastly, both wheels are 14 inches. Whenever we glance at its photos, the movie Transformers kicks in our mind, and for some reason, we believe that it will turn into a robot - that's the kind of design language it carries.
Features and Range

Tesseract will be available with three battery packs: 3.5 kWh, 5 kWh, and 6 kWh. The first, with a 3.5 kWh battery pack, offers an IDC range of 162 km and a peak power of 10 kW (13 PS). The second has a peak power of 15 kW and an IDC range of 220 km. Lastly, the largest battery pack also has a peak power of 15 kW (20.39 PS) but offers an IDC range of 261 km. Most customers have gone for the first variant with 3.5 kWh, as the introductory price on it is Rs 1.20 lakh, which was opened for the first 10,000 customers. But looking at the tremendous response, the company decided to extend it to 50,000.
Features it offers are first in segment - such as this is the world's first scooter to get radar and dashcam with omnisense mirrors, so the ADAS features it includes are Blindspot Detection, Lane change assist, overtaking assist, and real-time collision alert. Other safety features include dual-channel ABS, traction control, and dynamic regenerative braking for enhanced safety and optimized energy consumption. Additionally, 7-inch TFT screen is equipped with Violette A.I., unlocking features such as Advanced Ride Analytics, Movement, Fall and Towing Alerts, Remote Lockdown, Crash Alert, Daily Ride Stats, and an Anti-Collision Warning System. Lastly, the under-seat storage of this scooter is 34 L, making it one of the most pracitcal e-scooter on sale.

Verdict
This is great news for Ultraviolette, as with the Tesseract, they will enter the mass market segment, and millions of Indians will hear about them. As we say in India, 'Jo dikhta hai, wo bikta hai,' and it appears that this is a major philosophy implied in the designing of the Tesseract, as 90% of people are just going with that factor, as it's looking exciting. But how it rides, how all the controls work, that we will know at a later stage, and for that, do follow 91Wheels.
