Site shows that Hero Hf Deluxe BS4 model maximum speed is 85 kmph but I achieved 97-98 kmph with my Hf Deluxe BS4 model bike and mileage is awesome didn't regret in the base of mileage.

Hero HF Deluxe is one of the best-selling entry-level commuter bikes. It has a neutral but boring design with comfortable seats and riding position. It doesn't offer many features. But, its engine is refined, smooth, and very fuel-efficient for city riding. Its nimble handling and good ride quality make it a very good commuter bike in its segment.
