Ligier Myli Latest Update
Last Updated on 7th Jan 2025: French automaker Ligier is set to make its entry into the Indian market with its compact electric vehicle, the Ligier Myli. Recently spotted undergoing testing by ARAI, the Myli has already carved a niche for itself in European markets. This quirky and practical EV is expected to offer a fresh choice in India's electric mobility segment.
Design: The Ligier Myli boasts a distinctive two-door layout with a contemporary and muscular appearance. The front features circular LED DRLs integrated into a round headlamp assembly. The car’s compact dimensions are emphasized by bold wheel arches and body cladding with wheel options ranging between 13 and 16 inches. The EV measures 2,958 mm in length, 1,499 mm in width (excluding mirrors), and 1,541 mm in height and these dimensions make it ideal for tight urban spaces.
Performance: In global markets, the Myli comes with three battery configurations: a 4.14 kWh unit offering 63 km, an 8.2 kWh option providing 123 km, and a 12.42 kWh battery delivering a range of 192 km. With a peak power output of 5.6 kW and 10.4 Nm of torque, the Myli is engineered for efficient city commutes.
Features: The Ligier Myli is equipped with modern conveniences, including a 10-inch touchscreen supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Additionally, it gets features such as a power steering, automatic climate control, and a heated driver seat. The interior is designed to be minimalist, with corner air vents and a sporty three-spoke steering wheel.
Variants: In Europe, the Myli offers a range of configurations tailored to various customer needs with differences in wheel sizes and feature sets. The variant lineup and specs for the Indian market are yet to be confirmed.
Price & Availability: Pricing details for India are currently unavailable, but the Ligier Myli will compete in the entry-level EV segment. Its rivals may include models like the MG Comet EV and Tata Tiago EV.

- AAnonymous19 Mar 2025First, the price of electric vehicles (EVs) should be within 3 lakhs for a fully loaded model. Because EVs utilize fewer components, a price point of 3 lakhs would significantly boost sales. Consider selling 100 cars in 20 days versus only 5 cars in 20 days at a price of 6 lakhs. Prioritize product flow to ensure consistent profit generation, eliminating the need for costly vehicle storage. Furthermore, these cars could be designed to operate without a differential for the driving wheels. .User opinion:
