Honda Activa 125: Features of Each Variant
The Honda Activa boasts several standard features, including a multi-function switch unit, mountable luggage hook, open glove box, under-seat storage, and a side-start engine cut-off. It also comes equipped with a halogen taillight. While these are the baseline features, each variant offers its own unique set of features.
The base drum variant comes with an analogue cluster, kill switch, start switch, halogen headlamp with LED DRLs, halogen front indicators and taillights, and kick start. The Drum alloy variant retains these features and adds a few extras, such as an analogue cluster with a small digital display that shows real-time mileage, distance to empty, and average mileage. This variant replaces the halogen headlamp with an LED headlamp.
In the disc variant, you'll find all the features of the Drum alloy variant, including a similar cluster. The main difference here is that, instead of a start button, it features an auto start and start button (ideal start/off).
The top H-Smart variant includes all the features of the Disc variant, with a few additional upgrades. Instead of the multi-function key, this variant comes with a multi-function switch unit. The kick start is removed, and in its place, you get a rotary knob for ignition, allowing you to start the engine with a start and stop switch. This variant also includes a fob key, smart find and an anti-theft system for added security.
Verdict
For your daily commute on a budget, this scooter is a great option with a decent range of features. It offers good value while competing against several rivals in the market. With its balanced features and affordability, it stands out as a practical choice.
