Design
The Creta Knight Edition screams aggression with its all-black theme. In front, it features a glossy black grille and all LED headlamps. The side profile carries completely black-out 17-inch alloy wheels giving a sense of power. Also, the Knight Edition badging adds an exclusive touch. In contrast, the Honda Elevate Black Edition embodies elegance and sophistication. The front Fascia of the Elevate features a cosmic black grille with subtle chrome elements, giving it bold aesthetics. Moreover, the sleek LED headlights and the 17-inch dark-coloured alloys give it a classy vibe.
Features
Inside the cabin, Creta features an all-black interior with contrasting brass-coloured inserts on AC vents and stitching. It offers uncountable features, some of the prominent ones include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, bose premium speakers, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, wireless charging and connected car technology. In terms of safety, Creta gets six airbags, a 360-degree camera, TPMS, hill start assist and level 2 ADAS.
On the other hand, Honda Elevate Black Edition boasts an upscale all-black interior theme which enhances the overall appeal. Some of the prominent features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and a 7-inch semi-digital drivers display. It also gets an automatic AC, a wireless charging pad and a single-pane sunroof. For safety, Elevate gets six airbags, electronic stability control(ESC), rear parking camera and Level 1 ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, automatic emergency braking, and automatic high-beam assist.
Powertrains & Pricing
Under the hood, the Creta offers a 1.5-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel unit paired with a 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic or a CVT. The petrol unit belts out 115 Ps and 143.8 Nm of torque while the diesel unit churns out 116 Ps and 250 nm of torque. In contrast, Honda Elevate offers only a 1.5-litre petrol engine mated with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed CVT unit. This engine gives out 121 Ps of power and 145 Nm of torque.
The Hyundai Creta Knight Edition comes at an introductory price of Rs 14.50 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 20.14 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top trim. The Honda Elevate Black Edition is available at an introductory price of Rs 15.51 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 16.93 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top spec.
