Kia EV9 Top Features
Trinity Panaromic Display
The Kia EV9 features three adjoining screens in the central console. Two of these are 12.3 inches, dedicated to infotainment and the driver's display, while the 5-inch screen in between is carved out for HVAC controls. It looks massive yet very sleek. The features it includes are wireless connectivity, OTA (Over-the-air) updates, a blind view monitor, a 360-degree parking camera, the ability to choose from 64 ambient color lighting options, and everything else related to this electric vehicle.
Powered Seats
The seats in this car come with a dual-tone paint option of black and white or brown and black, and both the front and second-row seats are powered. Additionally, the drivers power seat is 18-way adjustable with a memory function, along with an electrically adjustable tilt and telescopic steering wheel that also features a memory function.
Even the passenger seat is 8-way adjustable. Moving to the second row, both seats are also 8-way adjustable and come with a massaging function, wide winged headrests, and leg support. Most importantly, the second row includes 3 independently controlled zones for fully automatic temperature control. Lastly, the second and third row seats are electronically foldable.
Dual Electric Sunroof
The panoramic sunroof will soon be replaced by a dual electric sunroof, which feels more luxurious and provides separate space for each row. Additionally, the glass size of the second sunroof is significantly larger than that of the one for the front-row passengers, catering to the fact that most owners will be chauffeur-driven.
Level 2 ADAS
There are no compromises on safety, as this vehicle comes with 10 airbags and Level 2 ADAS, featuring 27 autonomous functions, including forward collision warning, blind spot monitoring, smart cruise control, lane departure warning, and high beam assist, to name a few. In terms of structural rigidity and overall design, this electric vehicle has passed every safety test with flying colors. It has scored 5 stars for overall safety in both Euro NCAP and ANCAP.
