Cons
Pricing
The TVS Ntorq comes with a starting price of Rs 84,636 (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 1.05 lakh (ex-showroom). This price tag is a bit steep for a scooter. At the same price tag customers can purchase a motorcycle which gives more features and better performance as compared to a scooter. The pricing of the TVS Ntorq could've been more affordable.
Low Fuel Efficiency
The Ntorq's engine is tuned for performance and being a high-revving engine it does not offer good fuel efficiency. The Ntorq offers an efficiency of 35-40 kmpl which is quite low for a 125cc scooter. The mileage of the scooter will drop significantly if you drive it aggressively and in traffic conditions.
Mediocre Ride Quality
When we buy a scooter, we buy it for its comfort but TVS Ntorq falls short on this aspect. The Ntorq offers a stiffer suspension setup and on rough patched, it does give a jerk on your back. While the high-speed stability is good, that's not something you need for your daily chores and in the city, it does feel a bit uncomfortable
Not A Practical Option In The Segment
The Ntorq is a performance-oriented sporty scooter and it falls short of the practicality aspect that a scooter offers. It does not get any storage area in the rider footrest area, the under-seat storage needs to be unlocked through a different keyhole and can't be operated via a single ignition keyhole. Also, the under-seat storage is not as good as other scooters in the segment. Moreover, the fuel-filler lock is also located at the back which could've been given near the ignition keyhole.

Verdict
There is no doubt that TVS Ntorq is one of the most appealing 125cc scooter and it offers an exhilarating performance. However, it does have some negative aspects which might deter some customers. The scooter is not practical enough, it offers a mediocre ride quality, and it is bit overpriced as well. If you are someone who can manage with these thing and want a peppy performance with your scooter, then TVS Ntorq can be a good choice.
