2022 Keeway M502N naked sports motorcycle has launched in Europe for Rs 5 lakhs. The new bike is more powerful and better equipped than its rivals.
Owned by the Qianjiang group, its luxury brand Keeway has launched its first mid-weight sports bike. The new 2022 Keeway M502N naked sports motorcycle has been added to the showroom lineup in Europe. The new bike costs less than its rivals and it is better equipped as well.

Keeway M502N Design & Features
The new motorcycle is based on the naked sports design. With its upright seating posture and moderately dedicated riding stance, the M502N looks striking. Upfront, the sleek design is supported by eye-grabbing features such as the golden suspension. Sourced from KYB, the front USD forks add to the muscular appeal. The sleek LED projector dual-pod headlamp resembles the Suzuki GSX-S1000. Although, the overall layout of the headlamp is sleeker compared to it.
Keeway M502N is using dual-front disc brakes with J Juan calipers. The front tyre profile and dual-discs look chunky. To accommodate the upright riding stance, the handlebar is upwards set. Also, the sculpted fuel tank is teardrop-shaped for a moderately committed riding stance. The rider seat is wide and long enough to provide long-distance riding comfort. Also, the footpegs are a little upwards set to make up for the riding stance.
It uses a 4.2-inch TFT screen which comes equipped with Bluetooth connectivity as well as digital 3D graphics. Also, the switchgear is backlit which means night riding becomes more convenient for the riders. At the rear, it uses KYB monoshock suspension and a single disc brake with J Juan calipers. The overall setup results in 165 mm of ground clearance which is enough for the segment. This will help to ride the bike more easily over off-beat locations and trails as well.

Engine & Specifications
The M502N uses a reverse-engineered Honda CB 500 engine. The surprising part is that it produces more power & torque than the Honda's engine. The 487cc parallel-twin engine is liquid-cooled and makes out peak power of 47 hp and 45 Nm of torque. This is 0.7 hp and 2 Nm more when compared.
Speaking of specs, Keeway has equipped the M502N with all the required specs. It comes with dual-channel ABS, slipper-assist clutch, quickshifter, 17-liter fuel tank for longer riding range, and an accessible 790mm of seat height. While the 197 kg of kerb weight is on the higher side; the increased power and torque make up for the performance.
M502N Indian Launch, Price & Rivals
As Keeway is already present in India; the introduction of the M502N naked sports bike can be expected. To expand the footprint, this mid-weight sports bike will be a perfect product in India for Keeway. While it is recently launched in Europe, we can expect that it can debut in India by the end of this year. Although, there is no official information regarding the India launch.
If Keeway launched it in India, we can expect a similar pricing to Europe. This means it shall hover around Rs 5 lakhs mark which will be staggering for the segment standards. The main rivals will include the Benelli TRK 502, Benelli Leoncino 500, and Royal Enfield Interceptor 650.
