2023 KTM Duke 390 & 125 Details
KTM has launched the updated Duke 790 in the international markets. However, it also debuted the new Duke range alongside it. The updated Duke range now gets revised graphics and a new paint scheme. Meanwhile, there are no mechanical changes to both of the bikes. Speaking of the Duke 125, it is now refreshed with a blue & white paint combo on the fuel tank. The headlight cowl is also painted white. Additionally, the tailpiece and the alloys are still offered with the bright KTM orange paint.
The Duke 390, on the other hand, gets two new paint shade options. These include - Orange & Blue, Black & Matt Grey paint combo. The KTM Duke series are already some mean-looking bikes but the updated paint shade has made them even sharper. As the Duke range is already one of the best in terms of performance, the company did not update the mechanicals.
The Duke 125 is still offered with the 124.7cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. This powerful engine makes a good 14.5 PS of peak power & 12 Nm of peak torque. A 6-speed transmission is also offered along with it. Meanwhile, the 390 Duke gets the 373cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. This engine makes a healthy peak power of 43.5 PS & 35 Nm of peak torque. A 6-speed gearbox is also offered on the 390 Duke to deliver power to the rear wheel.
Verdict
The updated models are currently available in the international markets only. However, we suspect that KTM will soon be debuting these bikes in India soon. It is possible that the company will launch the updated range at the Indian Auto Expo 2023.
