Tata Motors recently introduced the updated 2023 Tata Safari, starting at a price of Rs 16.19 lakh (ex-showroom). This new version of the Safari has received its very first design makeover since it first hit the market in February 2021. This Safari now competes with 7-seater models like the Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector Plus, and Hyundai Alcazar.

2023 Tata Safari Facelift - Delivery Details
After its launch on October 17, Tata Motors has already started delivering the 2023 Safari facelift. With a variety of trims and seven color options to choose from, there's something for everyone in this refreshed Safari.
Some exciting changes include a bigger 12.3-inch infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital display for the driver, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). It's powered by a 2-liter diesel engine that can be paired with both manual and automatic transmissions.
The new 2023 Safari has a fresh look, inspired by the Curvv concept. It got a makeover with a closed-off grille, cool LED lights in the front and back, and a new bumper. The wheels are bigger too!
Inside, the car is all high-tech with a big 12.3-inch screen that plays with your phone wirelessly, a 10.25-inch display just for the driver, and a fancy 10-speaker sound system by JBL. If you like sunshine, there's a giant roof window, and the seats can keep you cool on hot days. It offers ventilated front and rear seats (6-seater configuration).
It offers ABS with EBD, which help with braking, and up to 7 airbags to protect you in case of a crash. It can also help you on hills with something called hill hold assist, and it stays steady with electronic stability control. There's a camera that shows everything around you, a system that checks your tire pressure, and smart tools to assist you while driving. So, it's got lots of safety features to make sure you're well-protected.
The 2023 Safari facelift offers a 2-liter diesel engine with 170PS power and 350Nm torque. You can select either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission to go with it. The claimed fuel efficiency is 16.3 kilometers per liter if you go with the manual transmission, and 14.5 kilometers per liter with the automatic one.
