The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar has finally made its debut in India, bringing a wide range of features and two engine options  petrol and diesel. This model is available in four variants: Executive, Prestige, Platinum, and Signature. 2024 Hyundai Alcazar: Exterior & Colour Options

The new facelift of the Hyundai Alcazar brings a refreshed design, showing some similarities with the Hyundai Creta, though its not an exact copy. Compared to the pre-facelift model, the updated Alcazar features a bolder front look with quad-beam LED headlamps and unique H-shaped LED DRLs. It also has a sleek horizon LED positioning lamp and a dark chrome radiator grille for a more striking appearance.

At the rear, theres a connected LED lighting strip across the horizontal lamp, along with a twin-tip muffler for a sportier vibe. Skid plates are present on both the front and rear, enhancing the SUV's tough look. While the side profile remains mostly unchanged, roof rails continue to add to its bold styling.

As for colour choices, the Alcazar now offers eight monotone options: Robust Emerald, Starry Night, Ranger Khaki, Fiery Red, Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey Matte, and Robust Emerald Matte. Additionally, theres a dual-tone option featuring Atlas White with a Black Roof, giving buyers a mix of bold and stylish options.

2024 Hyundai Alcazar: Under The Hood

The Hyundai Alcazar is priced between Rs 14.99 lakh and Rs 21.54 lakh, offering a range of options for buyers. When it comes to engines, there are two choices available. The first is a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine that delivers 158 bhp of power and 253 Nm of torque. It can be paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a DCT.

The second option is a 1.5-litre diesel engine, producing 114 bhp of power and 250 Nm of torque, and it comes with the choice of a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic gearbox.

2024 Hyundai Alcazar: Comfort, Convenience, & Safety

On the features side, the car offers a 10.25-inch HD audio-video navigation system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch multi-display cluster, 8 Bose speakers, an electric tailgate release, Idle Stop & Go, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, Drive Mode Select (Eco, Normal, and Sport), a digital key, dual-zone climate control, a voice-enabled smart panoramic sunroof, and more. However, it's unfortunate that the sunroof option is not available for the diesel variants, regardless of the trim.

Regarding safety features, it includes six airbags, a 360-degree camera, a blind-view monitor, ABS with EBD, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control, TPMS, parking assist, ISOFIX, and more. Additionally, the top two variants, Platinum and Signature, feature advanced level 2 ADAS for added safety.
