2024 Triumph Tiger 1200: What Updates Are Under The Hood?
Triumph's 1160cc triple engine now offers a smoother ride at low speeds, thanks to adjustments in the crankshaft, alternator rotor, and balancer. This enhances low rev torque delivery for smoother acceleration and deceleration. An updated clutch design ensures smoother gear changes
The 2024 Tiger 1200 has an 1160cc liquid-cooled inline 3-cylinder engine, delivering 150PS (148bhp) at 9,000rpm (100PS in rain mode) and 130Nm torque at 7,000rpm. It sports a six-speed gearbox.
The bike is equipped with a six-speed gearbox and a stainless steel 3 into 1 header exhaust system with primary and secondary silencers.

2024 Triumph Tiger 1200: Improved Seat height With Active Preload Reduction
Triumph has upgraded the GT Pro and Rally Pro models with features from the Explorer line. This includes dampened handlebars, a redesigned rider seat for more comfort, and a lower seat option.
They've also improved cornering ground clearance and introduced the Active Preload Reduction system, enhancing rider confidence and comfort.
2024 Triumph Tiger 1200: Variants, Features, New Colours And Launch Timeline
The 2024 Tiger 1200 features a 7-inch TFT display with My Triumph Connectivity, Blind Spot Radar, Cruise Control, Shift Assist Hill Hold, Riding Modes, Tyre Pressure Monitoring, Adaptive Cornering Lighting, All-LED Lighting, ABS, and Traction Control for a safe and connected ride.
It now comes in four variants with new colours for 2024. The GT Pro and GT Explorer are for road adventures, available in Carnival Red, Snowdonia White, and Sapphire Black.
The Rally Pro and Rally Explorer are for off-road, in Matt Sandstorm, Jet Black, and Matt Khaki.
The bike is expected to arrive in India within the next few weeks, and the prices are anticipated to be higher compared to the current model.
