The 2025 year model of the Land Rover Defender has been updated with a 5.0L supercharged petrol V8 that generates 425.56 PS of power. This engine setup is available with all Defender ranges - 90, 110, and 130 - and its starting price is set at Rs 1.39 Cr. Other details of this go-anywhere SUV include terrain response, electronic air suspension, adaptive dynamics, and 20-inch all-terrain tyres finished in satin dark grey paint.

2025 Land Rover Defender
The big update, other than the 5.0L V8 engine, is that the Defender 130 now gets captain's chairs, which carve out huge space for passengers in the third row. This is a new variant added to the Defender 130 lineup, after the 2+3+3 seat setup. To add more, these second-row seats offer ventilation and winged headrests to elevate their comfort factor.
Now, this world famous 4X4 vehicle is available with 3 engines: a 2.0L petrol engine available only with 110 body setup. Then there is a 3.0L diesel which customers can choose with any shape of Defender. Lastly, this all V8 P425 engine.
Talking about the features of this beast: ADAS pack, PiVi Pro with an 11.4-inch touchscreen, Interactive Driver Display, and 3D surround camera, 14-way heated, cooled electric memory seats, meridian sound system, front console refrigerator and soft close tail door.
