BMW M5
The BMW M5 is a high-performance luxury sedan, aimed at buyers seeking supercar-level performance with everyday usability. It immediately stands out for its massive 727 hp M Hybrid powertrain, combining a twin-turbo V8 with electric assistance to deliver explosive acceleration and immense torque. At the same time, it offers M xDrive all-wheel drive, a tech-rich cabin with the BMW Curved Display, and strong long-distance comfort, making it surprisingly usable for daily driving. The overall package feels extremely capable and technologically advanced. That said, its increased weight and very high price could give some buyers pause. The kidney grille is still there, but it is a closed-off unit with illuminated borders, signifying the fact that this is a hybrid performance sedan.
-
The bumpers at both ends have been redesigned more aggressively, and it also gets flared, swollen arches for a more imposing stance.

The M Carbon roof comes as standard and it helps lowering the car’s centre of gravity. Since there is no panoramic sunroof, the M Carbon roof also reduces the overall weight of the car by 30kg.

-
The new M5 also gets an 18.6kWh li-ion battery pack, which supports 7.4kW charging, and it gives the car a claimed EV-only range of 69km on a single charge.
-
Some more interesting hardware includes an adaptive suspension with electronically-controlled dampers, rear-axle steering, and the M xDrive all-wheel drive system.
