According to the press release, the BGauss RUV 350 offers a standard range of 90 km, powered by a 3.07 kWh battery setup. It delivers a maximum power of 3500 W and peak torque of 165 Nm. The company claims a top speed of 75 km/h. Additionally, there are introductory benefits of up to Rs 20,000 on this scooter.

In comparison, the upcoming BGauss RUV 350 ranks second in its segment, just ahead of the TVS iQube. However, the difference in range between the two is only 15 km, which is not substantial given the price difference. On paper, the RUV 350 boasts a maximum power of 3500 W, limiting its top speed to 75 km/h. However, it excels in torque, delivering an impressive 165 Nm. BGauss has named this scooter RUV, which stands for "Rider Utility Vehicle." With 16-inch alloy wheels, the company emphasizes that this vehicle can handle rough terrains and climb steep inclines with ease, making it highly versatile. The extra torque is particularly beneficial in these challenging situations.

The only scooter that comes close to the RUV 350 in terms of torque is the Ola S1 Air, which offers 150 Nm. However, it has a higher power output of 6000 W and a top speed of 90 km/h. The third-best scooter in terms of power is the Vida V1, which also has 6000 W but only 25 Nm of torque. On the other hand, Vida V1 boasts a top speed of 80 km/h and is equipped with a 3.44 kWh battery.

The upcoming scooter's base model, the 350i EX, will cost Rs 1.09 lakh. It also offers two additional variants: the RUV 350 EX priced at Rs 1,24,999 and the RUV 350 Max priced at Rs 1,34,999. Compared to its rivals, the RUV and Ather are priced similarly but have different battery sizes. The Ola S1 Air, which has superior specifications, costs Rs 1.02 lakh, making it a stronger product. Meanwhile, the TVS iQube is the cheapest of them all, with a starting price of Rs 94,999.
