BMW i3 Details
As mentioned above, it is clear that BMW will utilize the Neue Klasse platform for the upcoming i3. The newly introduced platform will allow the brand to have a dual platform strategy where it will have the electric counterpart with the ICE 3 series. The brand has adopted the same strategy for the X1 model as we have its electric version iX1. BMW already have the iX3, iX4 and iX5.

According to a report, the upcoming electric sedan will get clean lines and bold surfaces. The upcoming i3 will also get the BMW-specific design elements including a kidney grille. The sedan's design will derive some of its design cues from the Vision Neue Klasse concept showcased so far.
As for the features, the electric sedan will get sophisticated tech inside the cabin. These features will include the upgraded Drive operating system and the BMW Panoramic Vision Interface. This system provides a customizable AR experience inside the cabin. The BMW i3 will also get features like a wraparound dashboard and multi-functional massage seats.
