Hero Motocorp seems to be preparing to bring a new version of the newly launched Mavrick 440 motorcycle. The brand has recently registered a new trademark for the Mavrick 440 Scrambler. Hero Mavrick 440 Scrambler - What To Expect?
The Scrambler version of Mavrick 440 is expected to get some changes over the regular version currently being sold in the market. The Scrambler version will get some component changes such as updated tyres, a wider handlebar, a redesigned seat with better ergonomics, repositioned footpegs, and updated suspension travel or tuning. All these changes will help the motorcycle to become more off-road friendly. We can also anticipate a subtle update to the design to give the bike a rugged characteristic.
Currently, the Hero Mavrick comes with a road-centric design and features. It comes with a round LED headlamp, a long single seat for the rider and the pillion, an H-shaped LED tail lamp, round LED turn indicators, telescopic front forks, dual-spring shocks at the rear, and a sculpted fuel tank to give the bike a muscular look.

The Hero Mavrick 440 comes with a 440cc engine which produces 27 bhp of power and 36 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed transmission. This engine is expected to remain the same in the Scrambler version as well.
Verdict
Hero Motocorp is now eyeing on premium motorcycles after succesfully becoming a leader in the commuter segement. The deliveries of the Mavrick 440 has started recently and the brand has now registered a new name which might be a new model or might be a name just for registeration only.
