The Honda Activa has been the most popular automatic scooter for time immemorial. Available with a 110cc motor, the Activa goes on to lock horns with the likes of TVS Jupiter. Meanwhile, the Honda Activa 125 has appealed to those wishing to benefit from all the virtues of the less powerful version along with benefitting from additional grunt. The 125cc Activa was even the first scooter in the country to comply with the BSVI emission norms and now, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has announced the introduction of the Honda Activa 125 Premium Edition.

The Premium Edition of the 125cc Activa retains its original design but comes with an enhanced styling package with the help of dual-tone body color on the front covers as well as the side panels. Also, the scooter features a black-painted engine along with a black-painted front suspension. Another highlight of the scooter is its LED headlamp that not just makes the scooter look more upmarket but even aids visibility through a bright illumination. Moreover, the scooter comes with a body-coloured grab rail and attractive graphics.
Mechanically, the Honda Activa 125 stays untouched. It is powered by a fan-cooled 4 stroke motor that produces a maximum power of 8.29 PS and a peak torque of 10.3 Nm. Suspension is courtesy of telescopic forks at the front and a 3-step adjustable spring-loaded hydraulics at the rear. The scooter rides on 12-inch alloy wheels shod with 90/90 section tyre upfront and 90/100-spec rubber at the rear. The scooter is available with an optional front disc brake.

The special edition of the 125cc Honda Activa is on sale in two dual-tone color options - Pearl Amazing White with Matte Magnificent Copper Metallic and Matte Steel Black Metallic with Matte Earl Silver Metallic. It has been priced at INR 78,725 for Drum Alloy & INR 82,280 for Disc variant (ex-showroom, Delhi).
