Hyundai Verna Old vs New Price List: January 2025
With the updates for the incoming price hikes already conveyed in December, the new rate list is now in effect for the Hyundai Verna. The increase is a standard Rs. 7,000 hike which stays true for almost all the variants in the line-up, with a few exceptions of new variants and then some others. Engine Details
The sedan offers a choice of two 1.5-liter petrol engines. One is a naturally aspirated unit producing 113 bhp and 144 Nm of torque, available with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT. For drivers wanting more performance, a turbocharged 1.5-liter engine is also offered, generating a considerably stronger 158 bhp and 253 Nm of torque. This more powerful engine comes exclusively with a 7-speed DCT.
Verdict
Considering the pricing of the Hyundai Verna, a hike fo Rs. 7,000 is pretty modest when chalked out in percentage terms and isn't something that could upset the budget of prospective buyers.
