Kia Syros new teaser has been uploaded on the social media handles of Kia India, and it reveals a lot of details about its exterior. First of all, it appears more like a mini EV9 from the sides, and the overall body language suggests it's an MPV, but the automaker says it's an SUV. The new teaser gives us many hints about the exterior, which I have pointed out below. Kia Syros Exterior
The new teaser tells us that Syros will have LED lights in a vertical position, but situated in the middle section, following the current automotive industry trends. Plus, these LED headlights appear more like the one we have seen on Kia EV9, with long LED DRLs and three cubic-shaped lights. Also, it appears that Syros will have no traditional grille, like every other car. I am not sure, but in the video, it was too quick to judge, yet visible enough that its front-end design will be quite new.
Moving to the sides, this car will feature the flush door handles design, again same as EV9 as no other Kia car has this design element. Also, the company teased a new paint which looks like a Ocean Blue, paint, but with a lighter shade.
Lastly, the Syros badge - not sure of the exact position, but it could be on the tailgate. So, this was again a new teaser, reminding us of its world premiere on 19th December 2024. Other details regarding this car are that it is an ICE model and will feature engines we have already seen, such as the 1.0L turbo petrol and 1.5L diesel.

Verdict
With every new teaser, it is becoming more evident that the Syros is a smaller version of the flagship EV9, as its design is heavily inspired by it. The large LED DRLs, cubic LED lights on the side profile, and flush door handles all point to this influence. It will be launched on December 19th and is most likely to be priced around Rs 10 to 12 lakh.
