Price Hike Across Variants
JSW MG Motor India has announced a price hike of Rs 50,000 for the Windsor EV in their lineup. The Prices for the MG Windsor now starts at Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up till Rs 15.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Moreover, the free charging offer through MG e-hub application is no longer available now. This price hike is applicable across all variants of MG Windsor, the Excite variant now costs Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom) while the top-trim Essence is priced at Rs 15.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
What's On Offer?
Under the hood, the MG Windsor is equipped with a 38 kWh motor that produces 136 PS of power and 200 Nm of torque. MG claims a range of up to 332 km on a single charge. In just 50 minutes, it can charge from 0-80% with a DC fast charger.
Inside, the Windsor EV features a 15.6-inch touchscreen unit, the biggest on any MG car to date. Additionally, it comes with an 8.8-inch fully digital instrument cluster, automatic AC, powered adjustments for the driver's seat, a powered tailgate, and a panoramic glass roof. In terms of safety, it excels with 6 airbags, a 360-degree camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and electronic stability control (ESC).
