Renault India's First Showroom With New Brand Identity
The Ambattur (Chennai) dealership has become the first Indian unit to adopt Renault's new'R store brand identity. which includes the new brand logo, along with the white-on-black elements. The new'R stores will offer not only a fresh new look, but they will also feature optimized layouts aimed at creating a new buying experience for customers.
Additionally, as part of this new identity, key service areas of the new'R stores will move to the perimeter of the showroom, ensuring essential customer services remain easily accessible while keeping the central space dedicated to vehicle display.
Renault India has also begun revamping the rest of its dealers throughout the country to align with the new global identity. The car maker aims to revamp 'close to 100' outlets in 2025, and overall completion is expected to take place by 2026. This is all a part of the French car maker's 'Renaulution' strategy, as part of which it aims to revamp its strategies, lineups and overall brand image.
Venkatram M., Managing Director and Country CEO, Renault India, said, "The launch of the Ambattur dealership marks a pivotal moment in Renault's journey in India. The fact that India became the first country to actualize the newR store format reaffirms Renault's India strategy. India is at the forefront of Renault's global plans, and soon, the country will witness a completely revamped Renault, offering superior customer experience through acclaimed products, redefined sales experience and globally acclaimed aftersales services."
On the cars front, Renault is expected to bring in the next-generation models of the Kiger and the Triber sometime later this year, along with the possible return of the Duster. The Kwid is likely to carry on until the end of its lifecycle, with no immediate replacements having been named till now.
