Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Spied: Taking Cues From The Creta Facelift
Ever since the Hyundai Alcazar made its debut, it shared its heritage with the Creta in terms of styling, interiors, and feature carry-ons. With the Hyundai Creta facelift launched, everyone knew what the Alcazar facelift would be up to. Confirming those speculations, the recent test mule spy shots reveal the front design of this upcoming SUV. It will share its headlamp unit and the front facia with the Creta facelift, albeit with some tweaks, possibly the grille and a restyled bumper.
The lower bumper of the Alcazar facelift showcases distinctive silver 'skid plates while retaining front parking sensors and the radar module in the same location as the Creta Facelift. Along the sides, the Alcazar maintains much of its previous sheet metal design, albeit with refreshed alloy wheels sporting a stylish new pattern. At the rear, the Alcazar distances itself from its Creta roots, adopting vertically arranged tail lights and a dual exhaust pipe.
Alcazar Facelift Interior And Features: Reminiscence Of Creta Again
The interiors while still away from the peeking cameras, will be shared with the Creta facelift. You will get the same twin 10.25-inch displays, Android Auto/ Apple CarPlay, wireless charger, dual-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, and more. This time around, the ADAS suit will debut with the Alcazar facelift, keeping in line with the Creta trends. However, the Alcazar is best suited for people looking to buy a 6-seater with captain seats and a comfortable drive in the back seat. The second row will get the aircon vents and charging ports as well.

Under The Hood: The Mechanics Retained
In terms of powertrain options, you are not going to see any changes or updates. The upcoming model will continue to feature the 160hp, 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine and the 115hp, 1.5-liter diesel engine sourced from the Creta. These engines have undergone updates to adhere to the BS6 Stage II emissions standards. It is anticipated that both the manual and automatic transmissions will also be retained for these engines.
Getting better as a rival to the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, Mahindra XUV700, and others, we expect a price hike with its launch around mid-2024 to make up for the bump in features and tech upgrade.
