With its reliable products like Fortuner and Innova Crysta which are ruling in their segment, what has remained constant is the service network of Toyota. The Japanese carmaker has several service centres and now Toyota has increased its base by bringing in 87 new service centres.

These new service centres are now opened in states like Haryana, Rajasthan, Assam, West Bengal, Gujarat and among others. Toyota calls it as Pro Service centres and has been opened where Toyota does not have any authorised workshop.

Commenting on the initiative, Naveen Soni, Senior Vice President, Sales and Service, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said, There was an emerging business need for service operations in smaller cities and towns, owing to the increasing number of Toyota car owners. We have carefully selected the new locations, looking at cities and towns that have seen a rise in Toyota car owners, to ensure service to our customers closer to their homes.
These Pro Sevice Centres will ensure to deliver free services which are included with the vehicle, periodic maintenance, paint job, repair and other necessary things. Toyota will also ensure that all technical, operational and training for the entire staff will be given. Please note that these Pro Service centres will also cater services to the other brands too.

Currently, Toyota has been experiencing a lot of new owners and not just for the famous Innova and Fortuner but for the premium hatchback Glanza and compact SUV, Urban Cruiser. Both these new products offer good warranty packages and brand's trust.
