Ultraviolette F77 Officially Teased Ahead - Check Out All Launch Details

Ultraviolette F77 is about to launch in India very soon. A teaser video that was released recently gives us a good look at the new offering

Ultraviolette F77 has been in the news for a long time and the much-awaited electric bike is finally ready to hit the market sometime by March 2022. The e-motorcycle claims to be the fastest electric bike to date. The company was expected to launch the bike earlier but the vehicle's introduction has been delayed due to the pandemic.

However, Ultraviolette has now officially revealed a teaser video on their Youtube channel where the F77 is seen in its production form. According to the details out so far, the company is expected to roll out the first batch of F77 in the market by March 2022. Ultraviolette Automotive is aiming big with the launch of the F77.

To impress more customers and youths, the company has installed several features in the bike. It comes equipped with several first-in-segment smart features like LTE connectivity with 3G, 2G Fallback and integrated eSIM, Temperature, Voltage and Current Sensors with Active Tracking and Efficient Mapping of the Vehicle, GPS positioning for real-time velocity and position discovery for Ride History, Vehicle Locator and Geofencing, Adaptive dashboard brightness with Ambient Light Sensor (ALS), shock and impact sensors for Fall and Crash Detection, automatic headlamps on/off, and a few more.

The electric bike is powered by a passively air-cooled interior permanent magnet AC motor with three modular Li-ion batteries with a maximum capacity of 4.2 kWh. The bike with the help of a fast charger can be fully charged in just 1.5 hours whereas the standard one takes around five hours for the bike to get fully charged.  On a single charge, it can run up to 130kms - 150kms.

Ultraviolette F77  is capable of churning out 33.5hp of maximum power and 90 Nm of peak torque. The bike has a top speed of 147 kmph and can cover 0-60kmph in just 2.9 seconds whereas 0-100kmph comes in 7.5 seconds. It offers three ride modes like Eco, Sports and Insane.

The bike is built on a steel trellis with an aluminium bulkhead. It comes equipped with an LED headlight with Ultra-V position light, Fall and crash sensor, Lockdown mode, Sidestand sensor, Emergency contact alert, Dual-channel ABS (Antilock Brake System), Rear and front flashers hazard light, Dual LED taillight with central LED brake light, and more.

Ultraviolette finally looks ready to introduce its first product in the market. The company claims that it has a huge production house that is about 70,000 square feet located in Electronics City. In the current year, it will manufacture only 15,000 units whereas once the company starts producing more bikes, it has a capacity of producing up to 120,000 bikes in a year, which will also provide employment to those in need.
