Unconventional but functional design 7.5

• The Numeros Diplos Max offers an unconventional design which might not attract everyone. The front profile gets a curvaceous apron with round LED headlamp. The handlebar cowl gives a sharper look and gets dual-tone treatment with integrated LED DRL that offers it a distinctive look.
• On the sides, it gets a single frame design without any large body panels. The side body gets body graphics and a sleek profile with a long split seat setup. Moving to the rear, it gets a small LED taillamp with black surrounding.
• Other design elements of the scooter include a raised front fender, a white stickers on the apron and side body, motorcycle type LED turn indicators among other features.

• The Diplos Max is powered by a 3.7 kWh battery pack (1.85 kWh+1.85 kWh). The batteries can be easily removed for home charging. It offers an IDC range of 140 km. The scooter comes with a hub-mounted PMSM motor producing 2.67 kW of power and 138 Nm of peak torque, and the claimed top speed of the scooter is 63 kmph. The brand claims that the scooter can be charged in 3-4 hours with a fast charger.

• Typically, EVs deliver all their torque instantly when you give throttle input. However, the Diplos Max features a gradual torque delivery system, which distributes torque smoothly. This enhances confidence for first-time EV riders while also helping to prevent the scooter from falling over.

• The hardware of the scooter consists of 12-inch tubeless tyres with alloy wheels, a telescopic front fork, and an adjustable dual-shock absorber at the rear. The brake setup consists of a 220mm front disc brake and a 180 mm rear disc.
