    I was using Maruti car for more than 6 years. I was having fronx, brezza, sonet and venue in my final list. Nexon was avoided due to poor Tata service of my brother Nexon. Hyundai ticked all boxes as my relative gave good feedback on kun service. Brought a Hyundai venue due to its features are rich, 4 star rating, imt, a very responsive engine. Right from booking to delivery I felt completely satisfied with Kun dealership. My promised delivery was 2month but delivery was given within 9 days, what else customer can have more joy than early delivery? Sales manager sanjay and Finance coordinator Mr. Nicholas was very supportive. For service also they keep reminding and ask for convenient time for pick up. I would definitely recommend Kun Hyundai dealership to my friends and relatives. Note: Only thing which was missing is that closed reveal of the car, which was now stopped due to some metro train work dust. Hope Kun can do some alternative on it.

    I had the worst ever experience in KUN HYUNDAI. I bought Creta on 1st of January 2024 while delivering the car the don’t have a stock of floor Matts bcos of out of stock they sale person told me we will deliver the stocks with in a week but still i didn’t get the call back from them for stocks status. Now I’m following up RC they simply telling me I’ll take one month,However some Runner boy called me and told that the RC book is with me sir where can i deliver please tell me the address. This is the way the showroom is working. After a sales they will never ever care you. You all are running behind them. Today (23-01-24 ) i called them and asking for a seat 💺 cover need to be put the sale person told me that they don’t have a stocks because of NEW CRETA is arrived so we don’t have stocks for the old one. “THAT SHOWROOM STAFFS MANTRA - SIR I WILL CHECK AND CALL YOU - but they never ever call you back.

    I provided my car for service with clutch plate problem and it got broke down during a trip. But this people made my car up and running in less than 2 days. Now all the issues are sorted and its all great service. I want to thank the service advisor Harish Kumar D who took great care of the car and updated me on all the problems and worked towards the issues got fixed.. Thanks again and a must recommended place for service

    You can throw it your vehicle to scrap instead of giving to them for service. I have planned to sell my elite i20 2015 model on cars24. They have inspected my vehicle today morning and proposed 489000rs. I accepted the offer and submitted all the documents to verification. I asked the inspection person about the vehicle condition and he said engine is in mint condition and only tyres need to change, no other problems in vehicle. I accepted the proposal amount and waited for vehicle pickup, in the evening they called and said your vehicle was mentioned as major accident in the service history and we won't take it. I said I never made any accident please explain who is mentioned that. They said hundai motors at 2015 Dec. Now come to the Kun Hyundai's worst eccha behaviour to their customers.. we bought the vehicle on Jul 2015 after 2 months we are affected with flood. Water level came up to tyre level, not even covered the bottom seat or gear shift. At that time we called towing services and they suggested Kun Hyundai has taking quick service for flood affected vehicles. So we went there with vehicle and they inspected and said your insurance is comprehensive not bumper to number. Yea, we made a mistake of taking comprehensive insurance. So we said we are ready to give additional service cost. They take our vehicle parts ( steering wheel, battery etc...) which is brand new and installed to other affected vehicles. After so many months they said the vehicle is ready, we went there and took for trial, I noticed that my steering was changed to another model which is not acceptable. I informed them then they changed another old steering to our vehicle. When we come to billing they claimed almost all the parts of the vehicles up to 3 lakhs in insurance. But actually they didn't change anything in our car. We thought if we got our vehicle back that is enough. Conclusion: what actually they did is, they sold my new car parts to another vehicle customers, they cheated me for 80k billing and insurance company for 3lakhs. Now I am facing issues to selling my car which is in very good condition but because of they marked as accident vehicle. Attached photos at the time of service. Does it looks like a accidented vehicle? Please save your Vehicles from them.
