I am very happy customer care and we'll maintain staff who handles customer service and car delivery on main time

Tried contacting them for my Creta service. The recorded message said that their consultant will get in touch but received no call from their end for 2 days. Neither was there any response to my call on the shared consultant's mobile number until the 3rd day after repeated calls from my end. I had few queries regarding servicing requirements, cost and fitting fitting of a broken tall light. Despite assurances by the consultant, Manisha that she'll get a service engineer to call me back within a few hours but more than 24 hours and I've not received a call back. She was most unhelpful in assisting me with the availability and cost of tail light for my car and just gave me the store number to find out on my own. Inefficient service and Himgiri just lost a customer for servicing and repair work to their competitor!!

Don't buy any car from this dealership. Worst customer care service by Suman as she even don't know how to talk to a premium customer. As waiting for my own money from last 2 months everytime I also they will say our signing authority is on holidays.

Very much satisfied with overall service provided by Himgiri hyundai Dilshad Garden...Mr Kamal has provided full support and given timely delivery with full explanation of features. Special thanks to all the staff for support and help

I had an amazing experience purchasing new aura from Mr. Abhay Singh Chauhan. He has dealt us with so much respect. So courteous towards his customer. I highly recommend him. He kept his promise to deliver it (within 6 days) on first Navratri which he did.
