Great experience from test drive to delivery ! I bought Alcazar from Shiv Hyundai & really happy about the overall experience I had here. I also exchanged my old car here & got really good resale value for that as well. A must consider dealer if you plan to buy Hyundai car.

Hats off to the Shivam Hyundai team for their dedicated efforts in giving their customers the best experience... I purchased a Hyundai Alcazar here after canceling the Creta due to extended waiting, and Prasad, along with the management and finance team, gave me a wonderful deal right from loans and insurance till ceramic coating and accessories, not to mention the seamless and super quick process of re-booking... The best part was that even when things went south, they promptly reached out to me with alternatives without missing out on the deadline, my birthday... The best surprise I received was a delicious cake along with the keys of my car and the registration within an unbelievable time span!!!! After purchase, they took the time to help me with Bluelink setup and even setting up my dash cam. I was referred here by another customer of their's who had a wonderful experience too, just like me, and I don't at all regret my decision I made to purchase from Shivam Hyundai. Looking forward to a similar service experience too, which I know they'll be the best at!!!

Contact number is not reachable. Visited the place but seems showroom is permanently closed or some renovation is going on. Dealer should at least mark it as closed so that customers don't have to waste time visiting the showroom.

Extremely happy with Shivam Hyundai's service right from resale of old car till the handover of the new one. A big thanks to the Team lead - Mr. Raviraj for getting my car arranged and delivered within a short timeline. All that i had requested for was done on time with high priority.
